Slug races, chicken poop bingo among featured events at Jane Addams K-8 Fall Carnival, Saturday, October 20th

Have you ever seen a slug race? Well you have your chance this Saturday (October 20th) as Jane Addams K-8 hosts its first annual Fall Carnival from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The fun-packed event is a fund raiser for the school's PTSA.

The environmental science-focused school's Fall Carnival will feature crafts, games, food, and the sure-to-be-popular live slug races and game of chicken poop bingo. There will also be a goat for the kids to pet, a squid dissection led by a Seattle Aquarium Educator and other activities.

The Fall Carnival will be held in the school's gyms (11051 34th Ave. NE) and outside if weather allows.

Access is at the SW exterior entrance. Tickets will be sold at the door.

Please come support Lake City kids by attending this fund raiser!
