Walking tours with Lake City Neighborhood Alliance beginning Wednesday

Fresh off a meeting at City Hall with Seattle Mayor Mike McGinn, the Lake City Neighborhood Alliance is beginning walking tours of Lake City.

The first tour will be held on Wednesday, September 19, 2012 from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and departs from the southwest corner of the Fred Meyer parking lot.

A Second tour will be held on September 25th from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Come join your neighbors and share your ideas. Walking tours and litter pickups can often serve as informal neighborhood meetings.

From LCNA:
Please join us for a walking tour of Lake City this Tuesday at 7:00pm. Tours are a great way to get to know your neighborhood from a different perspective. They also provide a venue for sharing ideas and information. Tours depart promptly from the southwest corner of the Fred Meyer parking lot and typically take 90 minutes.
